		<description>If you ever come across one called &quot;Vanilla Slice,&quot; a confection which I ate in Australia, please post it. It is similar to a nanaimo bar. The crust is like a pie crust, or maybe puff pastry. Then there might be a smooth layer of chocolate on it, hardened, and then vanilla cream or something like vanilla pudding, only not quite the same: thicker, more like a curd.  Then there is whipped cream and then another slice of pastry. It was all neatly done and cut into slices, and not runny.  I quite liked it but was never able to immitate it when I got home.</description>
